Why LPM

LPM is used when an owner needs a defined, senior and independent review of a decision, exposure or project position — not ongoing management, coordination or reporting.
Each assignment considers both the formal project record and the practical realities affecting delivery, to establish the real position and give clear, practical direction.
LPM is independent of the consultants, contractors and delivery teams whose work or reporting may be under review, and carries no stake in any answer except the owner's outcome.
No downstream role is required for the advice to make sense.
